In 2018-2019, the GMChorale offers two contrasting programs of enduringly beautiful choral music. On November 11, 2018, in a nod to the Bernstein centenary, the ensemble will present “Dream with me Tonight, Dear Friends,” a concert of music by Bernstein, Aaron Copland, and Randall Thompson, three giants of American composition who enriched each other’s lives as friends and teachers. On May 5, 2019, the ensemble performs exquisite sacred choral music by Anton Bruckner, with the ethereal Mass in E Minor as the centerpiece of the program.
